With turkey day upon us, I can remember years of Thanksgiving dinners with traditional turkey and dressing that only my mother could whip up so perfectly.  Our house was always filled with scrumptious aromas that left me constantly asking for – ‘just a quick taste’!  As I’ve matured, my definition of this holiday meal has, by no surprise, taken on new meaning and a new twist.  So join me in not only being thankful for all of the blessings of this year, but also being thankful for my pomegranate glazed Cornish Hen.  I’m just not interested in left-over turkey dinners, sandwiches and salads for the next week…there are so many other blessings for me to count!
